About our programme

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many restrictions and changes to our lives, implemented to prevent, and limit the spread of the infection. However, our mental health can be affected by social isolation or fear of infection - PsyImpact.

PsySafe Program is a psychological support pilot project designed to increase stress resilience and improve emotional regulation and working abilities. We want to help you maintain your mental well-being. The PsySafe Program was adapted from the WHO recommendations, in addition to national and international guidelines for management of anxiety.

If you are 18 years or older, you can help us assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health, help identify protective factors for anxiety disorders, and assist in improving our programme. The programme aims to increase stress resilience, maintain mental health, and prevent work-related burnout for people all over the world.
